Today, 14th April, 2009, my bvlood pressure was - 117/79 with pulse 60, at 10 am. My average of the last 30 readings, was 115/77 with pulse 67.

My Blood Pressure today, 15th October, 2009, at 10 am was 123/71, with pulse 62

Today I visited my GP and he perused four A4 pages of Blood Pressure readings that I had taken between 28th August, 2006, and today. He said that, due to his training, he was reluctant to approve any "Alternative" medicine but that my readings were very good and could not be denied. He recommended that I continue with Breatheasy while keeping a watch on my readings in case there was any change.
