POSTING 14 December, 2007

Today - 14th December, 2007 - my monitor readings were - 1009 118/91 60, 1130 118/84 60, 1555 122/74 60 and these were FIRST TIME readings taken immediately I sat down without first resting. This was a fairly typical day for me including walking two miles into town and shopping with my wife.

After the adverse effects of pharmaceutical drugs recommended by my GP - detailed within - I HAVE NOT used any pharmaceutical preparations at all. I now rely solely on Breatheasy.

Perusal of my monitor readings - listed above and on www.ochils2.blogspot.com - prove that regular use of Breatheasy reduced my Hypertension.

I have experimented with Breatheasy at different times of the day and I found that use for 15 minutes each day between 0900 and 1200 appeared to be the most beneficial time of use. This may have something to do with blood circulation after rising from bed.

I have also experimented with different Breathing Rates and found that the original Breatheasy breathing rate of 7 breaths per minute was the most benficial for me.

NOTE: After ONE YEAR of Daily use of Breatheasy my BP is consistently in 120/85 range when taking Pressure immediately I sit down and without first resting eg:-.

Dear Reader, 1st October, 2008

This will be my FINAL POSTING to website HYPERTENSION as I now consider that using Breatheasy for over two years has CURED my Hypertention.
----------------------------------------------------

I have, since 28th March, 2008, been enjoying a level of Hyperetension that is considered to be in the “Normal” Range. (See record of Blood pressure readings herein and at www.ochils2.blogspot.com.)

When taking BP readings I normally sit down, rest and relax for at least 10 minutes before taking the reading. If I have not rested properly, occasionally my BP gets up to 170 with Diastolic of 140. (These do not trouble me as they are acceptable after exercise and are within an acceptable Range) When an initial higher reading is recorded, I do not panic and just rest for another 10 minutes, then take the reading again. Usually at the later reading, my BP has fallen to what is considered to be normal.

I advise that you keep a record of your own BP readings and, from these readings, make your own assessment of progress with Hypertension control.

For myself, after six months of NOT USING Breatheasy, or any other BP control system, I consider myself to be CURED and do not intend using Breatheasy again, UNLESS, of course my BP should ever start to rise again.

The beneficial effect of low and normal BP on all of the Organs and Blood Vessels in my body must be quite significant.
Sincerely, William Reid
